Dining Ding, light and revitalizing brew

Ding
1 Ginger
1 onion
1 table spoon of Fish sauce
2 chili green
2 eggplants
1 bitter melon
squash leaves, Acacia leaves
okra slice

Today I would love to show you my first healthy Filipino recipe. I was planning to cook it for a longer time and just now I had a moment to do it. It turned out deliciously.

This magical brew will revitalize you and fill you up with rare taste of widely available acacia leaves. Yes, I mean this most popular tree widely available around the world. Our brew served warm will help you get rid of flus and colds and will be great as a cooling meal during hot weather when serve cold.

And this is how to do it:

To the boiling water add Ginger, Onion and the Fish sauce. Keep it boiling and add the Fish of your choice.
Continue boiling and after 5 minutes add all the vegetables. Simmer the stew until the vegetables are cooked.

Estimate time of cooking: around 45 minutes.
