The immune system is our own protecting wall (guard wall) against viruses, bacteria and parasites and any other enemy that our body may assault. The daily natural food can support the work of our immune system. We must help our kids with healthy and fresh food which provides the body with powerful immune system relief ingredients.

Power Breakfast for Kids

Acai powder is an “insiders tip” as great immune and energy boost. General berries have antioxidants and are rich of vitamins and minerals.

Bring ½ to 1 cup milk of choice (gluten free milk as well) to boil add sweetener 4 to 6 pinch (knife point) carob seed flour add some rice milk when mixture too thick.

Stop cooking and add 1 ½ tsp. dried-freeze Acai powder and ½ cup berries f.e. blue or raspberries. Mix all in the blender. Then let it cool completely and serve it with allowed bread/toast slices or per filling to pancake.

Happy Lunch-Ideas for Kids & Family

The ingredients of our sandwich-base such as hazelnuts stimulates the immune system to increase the output of T-lymphocytes (T-cells) from thymus gland. Protein from chicken strengthens immune system as well.
The Healthy Fast Food with tomato contains the carotenoid Lycopene, that is a powerful antioxidant & supporting for immune system.

1) Orange Cream with Chicken & Nuts as Sandwich-Base:
Cut young chicken breast filet unto strips and roast it in hot vegetable oil. Add salt to taste.

Base Cream:
Mix ½ cup natural yoghurt, ½ orange, 2 tsp. natural sunflower seed butter (or almond butter) in a blender. Then add ½ orange, 2 tsp. hazelnuts or walnuts (chopped) and roasted chicken strips.

2) Healthy Fast Food Slice with Tomato:
Add 8 sun-dried tomatoes to 1 cup boiling water.
Steep it for at least 20 minutes.
Mix only the tomatoes (without water) with 500 ml water or ready/homemade vegetable soup in a blender together.

Now bring water-tomatoes-mix to boil. Add salt or vegetable soup instant powder (glutamate free) and reduce heat until water is simming.

Take 2-3 hands (¾ cup) corn meal by the handful and add to water very slowly. To avoid lump stir quickly with a long handled wooden spoon while adding corn semolina. This mixture must become thick while cooking. If necessary add semolina 1 handful.

Now add ½ to 1 tsp. ready onion powder or 1 fine chopped fresh shallot and 4 tsp. dried parsley (the best is dried-freeze) or 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley (or fresh basil as well) to semolina – do not cook it any longer – and stir it gently till you have an homogeneous mixture. Pour it in a dish (plate) and let it cool completely and cut it into slices.

If you prefer, you can roast the slices in pan with a small amount of butter.

Vitamin Package for Afternoon

All ingredients have natural immune power. Papaya contains natural enzyme called papain, that is an immune boost and support digestion. Papaya is a ideal fruit for detoxification as well. Apple and orange have pectin (binds heavy metals) and some vitamins/minerals. FOS powder (fructooligosaccharide), is a natural support for a healthy intestinal flora.

Mix 1 diced orange, ½ diced apple, ¼ papaya, ½ litre water and ¼ tsp. FOS powder in a blender and drink.

Happy Dinner for Kids & Family

Zucchini have some carotenoides with vitamin A-activity such as alpha-carotene, beta-carotene, cryptoxanthin and vitamin C. Quinoa is gluten free and is a good source of manganese, iron and magnesium.

Cut 4 little zucchini/squash in slices long side and roast it light both sides in some butter, add a pinch of salt. Grease a back dish with some butter lay zucchini in it on the top of it the already 2 to 3 cups cooked Quinoa and greated goats cheese (ideal for allergics), mozzarella slices or cheese of choice. Back mixture in the oven 10 to 15 minutes by 180 °C.

Back mixture in the oven 10 to 15 minutes by 180 °C.

Yes, Lyme borreliose (lyme disease) infection can cause Multiple Sclerosis (MS) or cause symptoms similar to MS. Labour (blood etc.) as well. As soon as lyme borrelia infection will be treated can MS symptoms complex disappear too. Borrelia infection (lyme disease) can unfortunately cause real MS.

Olive Leaf Extract

Power from Kingdom of Nature
Olive leaf extract will be recommended to use against multiple sclerosis especially when it is suspected of a combination with lyme disease.

Recommended Measuring Dosage

Olive leaf extract (at least 20 % oleuropein): 2000-2500 mg/day + 2 x 500 mg L-Glutathione reduced/day

Herxheimer Reaction of Olive leaf extract & Oregano oil

Some people experience what is known as Herxheimer Reaction. This is a detoxification reaction and not a counteraction to the product.
If any of these symptoms should occur – greater fatigue, diarrhea, headaches, muscle/joint aches or flu-like symptoms.

What’s help?
This reaction will be reduced with Vitamin C, Milk Thistle (standardized extract contain 80 % of the flavonoligan mixture silymarin), L-Glutathione reduced as well as much drinking of rooidbos tea, bamboos leaf tea, green tea or water.

Another Possible Treatment Options to Lyme Disease

Seeking informations for my article I found out that. It is possible to use other herbs/nutraceuticals with good results f.e:

Oregano oil (origanum vulgare)

Sarsaparilla Officinalis

Colloidal silver

Cats claw (Uncaria tomentosa). With cats claw nanotechnology form it is possible to achieve specific treatment.

Multiple Sclerosis

Allergy or intolerance which one is the cause of it?

According to reference literature MS could be a result of an allergy or other intolerance reactions to cocoa, chocolate, cola, coffee. That’s pure hypothesis. (Maas AG, Hogenhuis LAH, Multiple sclerosis and possible relationship to cocoa: A hypothesis. Ann Allergy 59:76-79, 1987).

Possible partly: responsible for Multiple Sclerosis

Mercury could be the cause for MS according to reference literature. It is a fact that mercury (and lead) damages nerves and causes lack of minerals and trace elements.

Candidiasis could be also another cause for MS.

Methylcobalamine

Methylcobalamine may help to Multiple sclerosis.

People lacking of vitamin B12 run risk to become ill with MS. On the other hand, MS patients may have low levels of vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 absorption can be reduced f.e. by nicotine or pharmacy such as oral contraceptives. A treatment with vitamin B12 (as “active” form) such as Methylcobalamine it is preferable at least 1 mg – 5 mg/day.

Multiple sclerosis: How to slow down illness course?

Lack of vitamins B6, B1 & folic acid can symptoms of MS get worse. Lack of calcium, magnesium, cooper and zinc can accelerate this illness. A daily dietary supplements is very important. I recommend vitamin-B-complex with “active” (B-coenzyme) form f.e. B-Complex-12 or Coenzyme-B-Complex.

Drugs, stress and other chronic illness can cause lack of vitamin B, minerals and trace elements. Heavy metals such as mercury, lead cause lack of minerals and trace elements.

Colostrum A Promising Treatment for Multiple Sclerosis

Treatment with colostrum (liquid or capsules) must last at least 1 year or lifelong. 1 gram/day is to be recommended as base dosage.
In case of a chronic MS advanced form can constipation and bladder complains be improved. Loss of motor or sensory function of nerves can go back.

In the phased form constipation and diarrhoea can be improved. Colostrum is a support for immune system and reduces frequency of worsening phases.

Calcium-EAP for Multiple Sclerosis

Calcium 2-AEP (also know as Calcium AEP or EAP) can help making cells more resistant to chronic inflammation. Treatment with Calcium-AEP gives very good results in many inflammatory tissue disorder in some cases more effective than corticosteroid therapy.

Robert C. Atkins, M.D. used calcium AEP to treat multiple sclerosis too. The treatment can be done with tablets, capsules or injections.
Another Treatment Options to MS

Multiple sclerosis is a disorder in which the myelin and the nerve fibres are damaged and destroyed. The fatty covering of medullated nerve fibres (myelin) will be destroyed. Acetyl-L-Carnitin promotes growth of nerve protective cover (myelin).

Octacosanol is derived from spinach a superior and higher potency all source of octacosanol. It promotes as well growth of protective cover of nerves.

Vitamin B12 improves synthesis of myelin.

All these nutritions can be used excellently for MS.

Nutrition Consultation

Foods that have been proved to help with Multiple sclerosis i.a. are:

Fish f.e. salmon, tuna

Vegetables food i.a. nuts, avocado, olive fruits

fresh-pressed juices

Whole grains

Wheat germ oil

Avoid absolutely pork products. Pork meat has an high concentration of a fatty acid (arachidonic acid) which causes inflammations. Autoimmune disease or reactions could get worse.

I love to partake of a serving of half boiled okras. This versatile vegetable is cheap and is available all year round. It contains nutrients such as vitamins A, B6, C, folic acid, calcium, iron, potassium, and magnesium. A serving of a half cup of half boiled okras provide the body with soluble fiber that helps in lowering cholesterol. This reduces the risk of heart disease. It has insoluble fiber that helps to keep a healthy intestinal tract to prevent colon and rectal cancer.

The superior fiber found in okra helps stabilize blood sugar. It curbs the rate at which sugar is absorbed from the intestinal tract. The mucilage present in okra not only binds cholesterol but also bile acid carrying toxins dumped into it by the filtering liver. Toxins which cause numerous health problems are eliminated.

Unlike harsh wheat bran which irritate or injure the intestinal tract, the mucilage and smooth characteristic of the okra soothes and facilitates elimination more comfortably. The fiber in okra, as well as flax and psyllium are among the best fibers for feeding the good bacteria known as the probiotics.

Eat okra regularly. This vegetable is easily cooked and does not need elaborate preparation. Just half boil it and dip it in your favorite sauce. It has no adverse side affects, is full of nutrients, and it is economically within the reach of everyone.

Citrus juice made from a hand citrus juicer and a centrifugal force juice extractor can be quite different. The electric juice extractor produces a thick, frothy juice, which is more tart. The quality and the nutritional value of the two are similar so it is only a matter of preference.

This is an awesome waker-upper and is healthier than coffee. It may take a little more time to make, but you will gain time because of the sharp mind that you will have in whatever you do.

Fantastic Fertility

3 hard pears

1 cantaloupe

1 sweet potato

A delightful surprise to husbands and their wives is the increased vitality of sexuality. Sex is to be enjoyed, giving fulfillment to the sacred bond of marriage. Juice fasting can bring back the long-forgotten sparks. After an exciting night, one woman responded to her 65-year-old husband, “Honey you should fast more often!”

Pears

When pears are perfectly ripe—not too soft and not too firm, they are the most delicious of fruits. The juice from a pear is thick and sweet and can be diluted with apple juice. They are high in thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, and folic acid, which help establish a healthy cardiovascular system. They are also a good source of vitamin C, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, and minerals. Levulose is the fruit sugar in pears easily tolerated by diabetics. Pears are higher in pectin than apples, which encourages regularity. Common varieties are Bartlett, Bosc, Anjou and Comice. The sweetest and juiciest are the Bartletts, with their bright yellow skin. Bartletts are available from summer to fall.

Look for slightly soft flesh around the stem area. For juicing, a firmer pear is desirable, so that it will not clog the juicer. Firm pears can be ripened on the counter in a couple of days. Keep juicing pears in the refrigerator.

Joggers’ Paradise Juice

5 oranges

3 hard pears

1 small yam

Here is a muscle-blasting, power-pushing juice for joggers. Juice fasters often experience periods of phenomenal strength and endurance. Clean blood, clean muscles, and enzyme-rich, nutrient-packed fuel make for intense aerobic activity. Water fasting usually requires rest, but not so with juice fasting. Look out! You can clean your house, run and lift weights with the best of them. Many elderly fasters such as Ehret and Bragg performed extraordinary feats of endurance while fasting. Try this juice out on a five-mile jog. Add a little crushed ice and let your taste buds sing. Sip slowly.

Orange Juice

Some of the highest quality oranges are grown in the sunny state of Florida. Florida oranges have higher juice content than oranges from California. The Valencia and Navel oranges from California are considered excellent for eating. Orange juice, fresh from the juicer, has a live taste. The powerful healing effects of fresh juice come from the dramatic increase in enzymes available to the body. Orange juice, frozen or bottled, has no enzymes, but can be added to freshly made juice.

Green skin on oranges is not necessarily an indication of their being unripe. In fact, the familiar bright orange color is a result of an orange dye having been applied to the skin. Oranges in their true color are yellow and green. It would be far healthier if the consumer could grow accustomed to what would appear to be an esthetically unappetizing orange. Look for thin skin, heavy fruit, and store in the refrigerator.

Orange Juicing Tips

When juicing oranges, make sure to remove the rind from the orange before putting them in the juicer. The white part of the peel contains bioflavinoids.

The average person is able to assimilate between 1% to 35% of the nutrients in vegetables. All nutrients of vegetables are locked within the fibers. Your digestive system acts like a juice extractor. Through chewing, the action of saliva, digestive juices and enzymes, the body separates fiber and nutrients for absorption through the colon wall into the bloodstream. As the waste and fiber exit the body, soft, sponge-like tissues gently clean and massage the colon wall.

Most people have never eaten a 5 lb. bag of carrots. If they did, it would take a day to digest the nutrients. Yet, in juicing 5 lbs. of carrots, your body is able to assimilate phenomenal amounts of minerals, vitamins, trace minerals, and complex simple sugars, depositing vital enzymes into your enzyme bank.

A juice extractor is able to extract 70% to 98% of the nutrients from vegetables. When you pass a carrot through the juice machine, it effectively separates the juice that is locked in the fibers. The juice of the vegetable is like the blood of the body, containing all necessary elements that build, cleanse and nourish. In drinking the juice, the majority of nutrients are absorbed directly into the bloodstream without the work of digestion. An abundant supply of nutrients in conjunction with minimum digestive effort is a perfect healing environment.

This is not to say that all vegetables should be consumed in the form of juices. Roughage is vital to human health. Although fiber has no nutritional value, it is necessary for maintaining a healthy bowel and removing toxic waste in the colon.
It is best to consume the juice as fresh as possible. However, if you are working while juice fasting, making juice three to four times per day is impossible. Juice can be made in the morning and stored in a thermos. Although the juice will have lower enzyme content, vitamins and minerals will be present, supplying the body with the nutrients needed for healing.

The charismatic carrot is the favorite among vegetables for juicing. They sweeten vegetable juice combinations, adding beta-carotene, and are cheap and easy to juice. You can add a variety of other juices to carrot juice. Beets and lemons really spice up carrot juice. Celery, red pepper, cucumber, apple, and cider vinegar will add more nutrients and enhance flavor. After experimenting with various mixtures, you will find blends to activate your 9,000 taste buds.Orange, grape, melon and strawberry taste great alone. But, hey—let’s have some fun! Sipping strawberry, apple, and blueberry juice is a taste of liquid heaven. A few suggestions will get you started as a fruit juice inventor. It’s really hard to go wrong.

Fruits and vegetables are usually sprayed with various pesticides, but most of the toxins are left with the discarded pulp. Fruit is lower on the food chain than animal products, and toxic build-up is much less. Unlike meat, fruit and vegetables are equipped with antioxidants and detoxifying agents that help keep the body clean of toxins.

Yes, fruits and vegetables do have pesticides and toxins present, but eating from a diet high in raw fruits and vegetables will assist your body in remaining protected, mucus-free and clean. If you are blessed enough to afford organic, pesticide-free produce, I encourage you to enjoy the blessing. But for most of us, organic is simply not an option. Juicing standard produce from the local grocery store has healed many desperately sick, even terminal cancers. Almost all the healing testimonies you are about to read were of people on fasts using store bought produce. Do your best and God will do the rest.

During a cleansing fast, do not resort to bottled, dead juices that have been on the shelf for six months. You are setting yourself up for a more difficult fast. There is a rush of well-being when you swallow a mouthful of living juice. Fruit and vegetable juices are the cleansers, energizers, builders and regenerators of the human system. A combination of either fresh raw fruit or vegetable juices will supply all the enzymes, vitamins, minerals, protein and fats critical to increased vitality!

Do you want to look young, healthy and beautiful? You better start eating jute leaves or “saluyot”. Research reveals that this plant originated in Egypt and was the source of health and beauty of the Egyptian royalties, including Cleopatra. Due to the high anti-oxidant activity of saluyot, eating it reduces the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines in the face and body. Regular consumption of saluyot can make you appear young.

This vegetable popularly known as “Saluyot” is a favorite vegetable of the Ilocanos. Saluyot thrives almost anywhere in the Philippines, requires little care in cultivation, and can be grown year-round. This green, leafy vegetable is rich in beta-carotene for good eyesight, iron for healthy red blood cells, calcium for strong bones and teeth, and vitamin C for smooth, clear skin, strong immune cells, and fast wound-healing. Vitamins A, C and E present in Saluyot “sponge-up” free radicals, scooping them up before they can commit cellular sabotage.

Saluyot can be prepared into dishes like dinengdeng of the Ilocano, bulanglang, or sauteed with bamboo shoots or dried beans. It can be steamed and pureed, mixed with chicken, or prepared into soup like how the Japanese prepare it as molohiya.

One-half cup cooked saluyot leaves contains:

1.3g protein, 0.3g fat, 3.1g carbohydrates, 0.4g fiber, 87.3mg calcium, 22.5mg phosphorous, 1334Aug AY-carotene or 222Aug Retinol Equivalent(vitamin A), 1.0mg iron, 0.02mg thiamin, 0.04mg riboflavin, 0.3mg niacin, and 10mg Ascorbic Acid or vitamin C. Saluyot has an antioxidant activity of 77% or Au-tocopherol equivalent (vitamin E) of 48.9.
